We want you to be delighted with your Desert Harvest purchase!

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization and return shipping instructions.

Returns sent without Return Authorization will not be refunded.

Please notify us of any issues with your order within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, the order cannot be adjusted.
Unopened/sealed bottles of supplements are refunded at the total price you paid for the product, minus shipping (up to 6 months after purchase).
Opened/unsealed bottles of supplements are refunded the unused amount minus shipping (up to 6 months after purchase).
Refunds are less shipping costs. This includes undelivered shipments returned to Desert Harvest.
Returns will be refunded to the original payment method/credit card charged in EUR.
